This position provides companionship to the client. Responsible for non-medical, in home support services which provide for the comfort, safety and general supervision of the clients, as well as home management services. Responsible for some light housekeeping, medication reminders such as laundry and meal preparation. May be required to transport the client when needed. Provides companionship to those individuals requiring socialization and/or minimal guidance to ensure a safe, protected, clean and orderly environment. Companion will provide emotional support and non-personal care to assist the client towards a safe living environment. Companion will comply with dress code of the Agency and present a neat, clean and professional fashion as well as project a positive demeanor. Must have reliable transportation, valid FL driver’s license and car insurance.
